OHFA 4 Teachers - The Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency offers special interest rates and down-payment assistance programs for teachers.
HUD Good Neighbor Next Door Program - HUD provides a substantial incentive in the form of a fifty percent discount off the list price of eligible properties to these buyers.
